Error messages and what to do about them
If you have problems when testing your on-line store the very first place you should look for assistance is our Error Message FAQ page on our support site. Common error messages are listed here as well as error messages exclusive to our shopping cart program.
If you are using a Secure Order provider and you receive an error message the first thing you should check is the accurate spelling of the ID you entered on the server tab of the checkout wizard. Republish your store after correcting any mistakes in this ID and try again.
If everything seems to work but you are not getting any emails you should check the email address you used. For more information on this please check out this FAQ page on our support site:
