Add Search Capability
One of the best tricks you can do with your store involves nothing more than downloading a template, placing it in your current theme folder and then assigning it to your All Products department page. We are talking about the Quick and Dirty Search Engine. To see how to implement this easy to use search just read the next section.
If you need a more sophisticated search we would invite you to consider the FREE search from APBSystems.com. Their search engine is a cgi script so you will need to make sure that you have cgi capabilities with your web hosting plan before you should attempt to install and configure this free script. Integrating this script is discussed in Section 7.2.2.

We cannot guarantee that we will include your tip request the next time we add to this chapter but we will consider all reasonable requests for future tips and tricks that are requested by our users.
