What is a Plug In?
A Plug In is a separate, modular addition to RealCart that can be installed and uninstalled independently of other RealCart core functions. There are several reasons to consider downloading and installing a Plug In.
Here are some basic reasons for downloading and installing one of our Plug Ins:
- To Accept PayPal AND credit cards via a secure payment gateway.
- To add AOL Instant Messenger functionality to your on-line store.
- To add Yahoo Messenger functionality to your on-line store.
Each of the above Plug Ins provides a specific feature enhancement to RealCart. If you should ever decide that you no longer want to use one of the above mentioned Plug Ins (or any other Plug-in) simply UnInstall it from the Control Panel’s “Add and Remove Programs” menu.
