Working with Products
Defining thumbnail images
If you have already prepared your thumbnail images according to the preparation guidelines then it is time to assign the thumbnail to a product in your store. Here is how to do this step by step.
- Start RealCart
- If the product wizard is not already open, double-click a product name on the left side of the screen. (You may have to expand a department branch first by clicking the plus sign [+] next to the department name.)

products are now visible
- Once the product wizard is open click the Images tab.
- Click the Yes button in the thumbnail (upper) section of this dialog.
- Click the button that says Click to select a thumbnail image.
- Using the file open dialog that displays navigate to the folder where your images are. (RealCart will remember this folder)
- When you select an image you should see a preview in the preview area at the bottom of this dialog. (You may not see the entire image.)
- When you find a suitable image and can see the image preview in the dialog click the Open button.
- If you have a larger copy of this image select it as a zoom image.
- Click OK.
Make sure that the images you select adhere to the preparation guidelines discussed earlier in this section.
