• Through the Product Wizard.
• Through the Department Manager.
• By clicking the delete product button on the tool bar.

Deleting products through the product wizard

• Open the product wizard by double-clicking the product you want to delete on the left side of the RealCart program window.
• Click on the department tab. You will see the following dialog:

• Simply uncheck the box next to all the departments that you want to delete the product from.
• Click OK.

Deleting products through the department manager

• From the RealCart menu you can open the department manager by selecting Edit/Departments....
• You can also access the department manager by right-clicking a department on the left side of the RealCart program window.
• Lastly you can access the department manager directly from the department tab in the product wizard.

• Open the department manager using one of the methods listed above.
• Select the department that you want to delete a product in.
• Click the Select Products... button.
• Select the product that you want to delete from your department on the right side of this dialog.
• Click the < Remove button.
• Repeat steps above for any remaining products you want to delete from this department.
• Click OK and then OK again when you are done.

Deleting products with the Delete Product button

• Select the product that you want to delete on the left side of the RealCart program window.
• Click the delete product button.
• A confirmation dialog will appear with three choices:
  • Delete permanently from Store Inventory - Clicking this button will delete the product from your store completely.
  • Delete from this department only - (this choice will be grayed out if you are in the All Products department.) Clicking this will delete the product from which ever department you are currently in.
  • Cancel - Clicking this will cancel the delete action.
